MY MISSION

After 20 years caring for over 100 children as a Childminder and raising six of my own , I have learned that sleep is not just about getting through the night it is about giving every child the gift of self-soothing and every parent the chance to breathe again. I help tired families transform bedtime battles into calm, restful nights with personalised support that honours your child’s uniqueness and your family’s real life. When everyone sleeps well the whole family can truly thrive

About Me

A woman with curly gray hair wearing sunglasses, a black jacket, and a red scarf, smiling outdoors.

I am a Mother of six and a former Childminder who has spent over two decades helping families navigate the beautiful chaos of raising little ones. From adapting nap routines around my busy childminding days to settling my own babies while working full time. I have learned that every child and family need something different. My calm, listening-first approach has become what parents tell me they value most. I am genuinely honoured to walk alongside families during these precious, exhausting years

My Service

I create personalised sleep plans that fit your family’s life, not the other way around. Whether you need ongoing support or a one-off consultation, I will listen carefully to your goals and work with you to find solutions that feel right for your child and sustainable for you. Every plan is different because every family is

How Can I Help

Working with me means working with someone who has been in the trenches- not theoretically, but in real, messy, beautiful everyday life. I work with families with children aged 6 months to 5 years, supporting you through developmental leaps, sleep regressions, and all the bedtime battles that come with those early years. I have cared for children through every stage imaginable during my Childminding career, and I have learned that the best solutions come from listening first and prescribing second

My approach is rooted in gentleness and individuality. I do not believe in one “right” way to help a child sleep, and I will not ask you to follow a rigid method that doesn’t sit well with your instincts. Instead we will talk about your child’s temperament, your family rythms, and your goals. These will be realistic, achievable ones that account for real life, not social media perfection. Whether you are navigating the four-month sleep regression, battling bedtime resistance in a Toddler, or simply desperate for a full night’s sleep, I will help you create a plan that feels manageable and kind

What families tell me they value most is my calm, reassuring presence. I will not judgehow you have been coping or make yoyu feel like you have been doing it “wrong”. Parenting is hard enough without adding guilt. I will offer practical strategies based on what I have seen work across hundreds of children , but always with flexibility and an open mind. If something does not feel right for you we will adjust. If life throws a curveball - illness, travel, a new baby- we will adapt together

Ultimately, I believe every child deserves the gift of restful sleep, and every parent deserves support that feels warm, trustworthy, and rooted in real experience. That is what I am here to offer
